是 shì (= be) .... .的 de (= particle): Emphasis of Circumstances

With the structure 是 shì .... 的 de an aspect of a past action is emphazised: doer, time, place, means. 是 shì <(= be) stands in front of the emphazised part, 的 de at the end of the sentence.

The suffixes 了 le and 过 guò are omitted.

shì	tā	qù	de	_
